Hi, my name is Alex. I am 14 years old. I am a respectful young man who likes making others laugh. I am shy at first, but once I am comfortable around you, I am a joy to be around. I am an intelligent child and have a competitive personality. I love anything sports related. My favorite sports are football and basketball. I have participated in school athletics playing on various teams. I also love playing video games. One of my hobbies is to play video games with my friends. My favorite food, like any teenager, is junk food, but my favorite snack is chips. I have an adventurous spirit as I enjoy trying new foods. I enjoy learning and do well in my English class. I enjoy going to school to be with my friends. I would like to be adopted into a forever family that would allow me to have a big brother that would help me and guide me to grow. I would like to have a dad to play sports with and a mother who can help nurture me as I grow. I am interested in Ugandan culture and have begun language lessons and hope to speak the Ugandan language fluently. I am hoping that my forever family will be very interactive with me. I’m hoping that my adoptive family helps me embrace my heritage as I want to learn more about Ugandan culture.
